Roles

Our service provides two differnet user roles. Each company account has an administrator that maintains the compnaies list of selected url's and the user login's. The menu choices only show up for the compnay account administration user. Ordinary role users will not se these options. The compnay account user cannot be deleted or changed in this versio of the product. If it is essential that you change this account please contact us.

Menu Options

Account Administration

Account Selections

Allows the Account administrator to select the urls available for viewing. The number of urls available is determined by the plan you are subscribed to. The screen has four features; It allows you to save the options, show the selections you have chosen or choose other urls you would like tracked.

Users

This function shows all the users associated with the current account and allows editing or deletion of all users except the account administrator. It also allows addition of another user if your user limit, associated with the subscribed plan, has not been reached.

Payments

The payment screen allows renewing of your subscription. You will be redirected to this screen if you subscription runs out, including if you free trial is ended. You must renew if you are to gain access to the account. the function allows allows cancellation of subscription at any time.

Username

Click on your user name to see your current profile.

Edit Account

Allows you to change your profile information or password.

Selections

Choosing the selections you will view on the main screen is provided by this screen. The screen has four features; It allows you to save the options, show the selections you have chosen or choose other urls you would like tracked. You are limited to the selections chosen by the account administrator and limited to the number of url's for each user provided for by your subscription plan.

This is the main screen that allows selection and viewing of the images, traffic graphs and other collaboration functions.
